Mushroom Al Pastor Tacos This is the underdog of our menu and one of our best dishes. Mushrooms marinated in the same achiote and pineapple blend as our seitan al pastor — lighter in texture, just as complex in flavor, and the taco that earns the most surprised reactions from first-timers. Order these alongside something else and watch how quickly they disappear.
Jackfruit Birria Tacos The dish that put Tacotarian on the map. Jackfruit braised low and slow in a deep, smoky consommé — served with the dipping broth on the side. The presentation alone is worth noting. The flavor closes the deal.
Queso Fundido Good Planet cheese fondue with poblano peppers, corn, onion, mushrooms, and pico. The table starter that sets the tone for everything that follows. Pair it with a margarita flight and you've started the meal exactly right.
Cauliflower Ceviche Chopped cauliflower soaked in lime juice, topped with pico, cucumber, and avocado. Bright, fresh, and the kind of dish that signals immediately that this kitchen is doing things properly.
Asada Fries Refried beans, house nacho cheese, pico, crema, jalapeños, and guac on fries. The shareable plate that anchors the table. Order it early and let it do its work while the rest of the food arrives.

HD Expo runs May 5–7 — Tuesday through Thursday. Which means happy hour is live every single day of the conference.
Monday through Friday, 3–6pm, every Tacotarian location offers $6.50 margaritas. If your afternoon sessions wrap before 6pm, the math is very straightforward. Come in, grab a table, order the flight, and let the day decompress properly.
