CinemaCon 2026 Las Vegas: Best Plant-Based Food Near Caesars Palace | Tacotarian
CinemaCon is where the film industry comes to Las Vegas. Studio executives, theater owners, distributors, filmmakers, and the people who keep the global cinema business running — 5,000 of them, converging on Caesars Palace for four days of screenings, panels, and deals.
It's an industry that lives for great experiences. The best picture, the best sound, the best popcorn. And while we can't do much about the first two, we've got the third covered — and then some.
Tacotarian is right here, and we're ready for your CinemaCon week.

What Is Tacotarian?
Tacotarian is the largest 100% plant-based Mexican restaurant chain in the United States. Five locations across Las Vegas and Henderson, one in San Diego, and a menu that has been turning skeptics into regulars since day one.
Everything on our menu is fully plant-based. Jackfruit birria braised in rich, smoky consommé. House-made seitan al pastor marinated in achiote and pineapple. Scratch-made proteins, fresh tortillas, and salsas you'll want on everything.
Fast Casual named us one of their Top 100 Movers and Shakers alongside Chipotle and Sweetgreen. Nation's Restaurant News put us on their national watch list. Our owners were named Nevada's Small Business Persons of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
And 75% of our customers don't identify as vegan or vegetarian. They just know good food. You will too.
Getting to Tacotarian from Caesars Palace
Our Strip location inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood is your closest bet — right on Las Vegas Boulevard, a short walk or quick rideshare from Caesars Palace.

Perfect for a lunch break between sessions, a post-screening dinner, or a late-night bite after the evening events wrap. And unlike most Strip dining, you won't need a reservation or a two-hour window to get a great meal.
What to Order
The film industry crowd knows quality. Here's what to put in front of them.
Jackfruit Birria Tacos The dish that defines us. Jackfruit braised low and slow in a deep, smoky consommé — served with the dipping broth on the side. This is the taco that stops conversation at the table. In a good way.
Seitan Al Pastor House-made seitan marinated in achiote and pineapple. The one that converts skeptics on the first bite. Warm, slightly sweet, deeply savory, and completely craveable.
Cauliflower Ceviche Chopped cauliflower soaked in lime juice, topped with pico, cucumber, and avocado. Order it first. You'll be glad you did.
Takis Elote Street corn with chili-lime mayo, queso fresco, cilantro, and crushed Takis. The most talked-about side on our menu, and for good reason.
Aguas Frescas Horchata and pineapple. If you're doing back-to-back sessions, this is the reset you need between screenings.
Catering for CinemaCon Events, Studio Dinners & Team Meals
CinemaCon week means studio events, distributor dinners, exhibitor receptions, and team meals happening all over the Strip. If you're organizing any of them, Tacotarian catering is worth a serious look.
Plant-based Mexican catering is the kind of choice that signals something about who you are as a company. It's forward-thinking, inclusive, and — most importantly — it's food people actually get excited about. Nobody walks away from a Tacotarian taco bar and says "that was fine." They ask who catered it.
Our catering menu includes:
- Taco Boxes — 24 pre-made tacos with up to four proteins. The fast, clean solution for team lunches and breakout meals.
- Taco Bar — Buffet-style, build-your-own, multiple protein options. The format that turns a working dinner into an actual event.
- Sides — Cauliflower ceviche, Takis elote, enchiladas, guacamole, chips and salsa, mini burritos.
- Dessert — Churros.
- Drinks — Aguas frescas in horchata and pineapple.
