Jackfruit Birria Tacos The dish that defines us. Jackfruit braised low and slow in a deep, smoky house-made consommé — served with the dipping broth on the side. The presentation is stunning. The flavor is better. This is the taco that makes the table go quiet for a moment. Order it first.
Mushroom Al Pastor Tacos Our most underrated protein. Mushrooms marinated in achiote and pineapple, with a texture that's lighter than seitan and a flavor that's just as complex. The taco that earns the most surprised reactions from first-timers. Clean, intentional, and built from ingredients you can actually pronounce.
Cauliflower Ceviche Chopped cauliflower soaked in lime juice, topped with pico de gallo, cucumber, and avocado. Bright, fresh, and the kind of dish that immediately signals this kitchen is paying attention. Start here while you decide on everything else.
Takis Elote Street corn with chili-lime mayo, queso fresco, cilantro, and crushed Takis. Bold, colorful, and the most photographed side dish on our menu. If you're going to post it, this is the one.
The Margarita Flight Choose four from five house flavors — tamarindo, strawberry, mango, traditional lime, and jamaica.
