Everything on our menu is 100% plant-based. No meat, no dairy, no compromises. Jackfruit birria braised in a rich, smoky consommé. House-made seitan al pastor marinated in achiote and pineapple. Scratch-made proteins, fresh tortillas, and salsas made daily.

Getting Here from Allegiant Stadium
Our Strip location inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood is your best bet before and after the show — right on Las Vegas Boulevard, easy to get to from the stadium by rideshare.

The plan: Rideshare to Miracle Mile, eat tacos, order a margarita flight, take photos, rideshare to Allegiant Stadium. Arrive full, happy, and ready.
For the May 27 and 28 shows (Wednesday and Thursday), happy hour runs 3–6pm — meaning you can get $6.50 margaritas before heading to the stadium. That's the move.
What to Order Before the Show
You need food that's satisfying but not heavy. Something that gives you energy without slowing you down before four hours of concert magic. Here's the pre-show order:
Cauliflower Ceviche Light, bright, and the perfect opener. Chopped cauliflower soaked in lime juice, topped with pico, cucumber, and avocado. Start here while you look at the menu and figure out the rest of the order.
Seitan Al Pastor Tacos House-made seitan marinated in achiote and pineapple. Flavorful, satisfying, and exactly the right amount of food before a concert. This is the pre-show taco. Order two.
Takis Elote Street corn with chili-lime mayo, queso fresco, cilantro, and crushed Takis. Bold, fun, and very much the energy you want going into a BTS show. Get one for the table.
Aguas Frescas Horchata or pineapple. Stay hydrated. The concert is long and you're going to be on your feet.
The Margarita One margarita before the show. Classic lime, cold, and the right way to start the evening. Available at all five Las Vegas locations, $6.50 during weekday happy hour.
What to Order After the Show
You've just experienced something extraordinary. You're buzzing. You need food that matches the moment.
Jackfruit Birria Tacos This is the post-show order. Jackfruit braised low and slow in a deep, smoky consommé — served with the dipping broth on the side. Dip the taco. Take a bite. Let the evening settle. This is the dish you order when you want the night to keep going.
Asada Fries Refried beans, house nacho cheese, pico, crema, jalapeños, and guac on fries. The shareable plate for the group that doesn't want the night to end. Order it for the table and stay a little longer.
Queso Fundido Good Planet cheese fondue with poblano peppers, corn, onion, mushrooms, and pico. The late-night order that nobody regrets.
The Margarita Yard Post-show is flight time. Choose four from five house flavors — tamarindo, strawberry, mango, traditional lime, and jamaica. Work through them while everyone shares their favorite moments from the night. Only at Miracle Mile location.
Churros The only acceptable way to end the evening.

Do I need a reservation? Never. Walk-ins always welcome at every location. Just show up.
What time should I come before the show? Shows start at 8pm. We'd recommend arriving at Tacotarian by 5pm — gives you time to eat, have a drink, and get to the stadium comfortably before doors open.
Is everything plant-based? Yes. Every food item is fully plant-based — no meat, no dairy, no exceptions. Gluten-sensitive options available.
Do you have a margarita flight? Yes — choose any four of five flavors: tamarindo, strawberry, mango, traditional lime, and jamaica. Pricing varies by location.
When is happy hour? Monday through Friday, 3–6pm. $6.50 margaritas. The May 27 and 28 shows are Wednesday and Thursday — happy hour is on. select locations only.
