What Is Tacotarian?
Tacotarian is the largest 100% plant-based Mexican restaurant chain in the United States. We built something from scratch in Las Vegas, refused to compromise on quality, and grew it into a multi-location chain that's now franchising nationwide — because the food is that good and the model works.

What to Order

Asada Fries Refried beans, house nacho cheese, pico, crema, jalapeños, and guac — loaded on top of fries and built for sharing. This is the table order that arrives and immediately makes everyone stop talking about price action. Order it first.
Jackfruit Birria Tacos The dish that defines us — jackfruit braised in a rich, smoky consommé with the dipping broth on the side. This is the one that ends the "but is it actually good?" conversation within the first bite. Permanently.
