Jackfruit Barbacoa Tacos Slow-braised jackfruit, rich and deeply flavored, with all the complexity of traditional barbacoa. The taco that earns a second visit before the week is out. This one doesn't get enough attention — order it and find out why regulars keep coming back for it.
Seitan Al Pastor House-made seitan marinated in achiote and pineapple. The color alone is worth noting — warm, vibrant, and exactly what you want in front of you after a full day of looking at screens. The flavor closes the deal.
Takis Elote Street corn with chili-lime mayo, queso fresco, cilantro, and crushed Takis. The most visually striking thing on the table and the most immediately addictive. A crowd that appreciates great design will appreciate this.
